Refund and Returns Policy

At GS Bullion, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns and refunds within a defined timeframe, subject to the terms outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 1 to 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or tampering

Non-Returnable Items

For security and market reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that have been damaged after delivery
Products altered, opened, or mishandled by the customer
Orders returned outside the 7-day return window

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at info@gsbullion.uk within 1–7 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for return approval and instructions from our team
Securely package the item and return it as instructed

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
You will be notified by email once your refund has been completed

Please note that shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within the 1–7 day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately with clear photos. GS Bullion will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Important Notice for Bullion Products

Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal prices, returns are reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and accuracy. GS Bullion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
